Hi I’m Lisa, It’s lovely to meet you!
I am a wife, mother, entrepreneur and photographer who calls a 23,000 acres merino sheep property in Outback Queensland home. I am proud to be a fifth generation local to the Blackall area, having an innate connection to the land and industry that I am part of.
For the past few decades, my children have been my greatest muses, capturing their growth and story as it changes in front of me. Now, however, they are living their own best lives, and I have refocused my lens to capture the stories of rural life and those who live here.
My journey has seen me progress to being extremely passionate about sharing the knowledge I have gained over the years with other budding photographers. As I am a self-taught photographer I can relate to those who are stuck in Auto, those looking for inspiration and a confidence boost, and those who want to expand their skills to get the best out of the camera they have. I have had the absolute pleasure of helping upwards of 100 keen photography students with my online course to date.
I feel so privileged to live in this breathtaking part of the world, telling stories, sharing my knowledge and capturing our unique lifestyle and ever-changing landscape.
